Amport village Fete

Saturday afternoon was scorching. It was around 26 degrees. The lovely wife & I decided to pop along to the local village fete to see what was going on. We heard there was going to be a gun dog display along with several other attractions.

We arrived just after it started and already it was very busy. The atmosphere was good & there was lots of excitement. The kids had a man made assault course to play on, made of bails of hay & cam nets. There were a couple of eateries, morris dancing, tombolas, the gun dog show and of course a beer tent! A nice cold pint of cider went down very well considering the heat.

All in all, a good saturday afternoon.

Here is just a small selection of images from the day.
